He first started working in the industry in 1986 and in his time, he has been headhunted for every subsequent position he has been appointed to (including successfully managing and overseeing the development and expansion of a rival firm), before branching out into The Estate Company.

A lifelong resident of North West London, he has amassed an extensive client base over the years with an unwavering commitment to excellence in Estate Agency. This has enabled him to consistently achieve outstanding prices for his clients and his substantial sales portfolio ranges from small investment properties to prestigious family homes.

Stephen is known for his meticulous attention to detail and is highly skilled at creating strategic sales and marketing campaigns to suit his clients’ needs.

He is constantly searching for new innovative methods to improve the profile and practices of the business and is very proud of the firm’s reputation with referred and repeat business from past vendors serving as a huge compliment.

He lives with his wife Lara, their baby daughter and their puppy. They share a passion for travel and are keen supporters of Southridge Animal Rescue Centre where Lara devotes much of her spare time volunteering to help abandoned and injured animals.
