Having joined The Estate Company in 2006, Annie has progressed rapidly within the firm and is an important member of the sales department.

A lifelong resident of St Johns Wood, she has a wealth of local knowledge and also has a huge number of contacts at her fingertips; many of which she can call close friends.

Annie possesses a “no nonsense” attitude to property and through ongoing training, hard work and dedication, she has become one of the best agents in the area, providing an excellent and unequalled service to Vendors as well as giving them the practical advice and attention they deserve.

She has a unique ability to negotiate with parties at all market levels and moreover, has an acute knowledge and understanding of all relevant legal aspects, setting her apart from the average negotiator. Annie likes to be part of a winning team and contributes significantly to our success which itself is reflected in the optimum results we achieve for our clients. She learnt her trade at a boutique agency in Hampstead, gaining valuable experience during her five year apprenticeship.

Annie can often be seen mingling with friends in Primrose Hill and St Johns Wood.
